A Dance On Behalf Of Nature is a creative act of reverence and communion with nature. You will release some angst and invigorate your whole mind body spirit.
  • The power of InterPlay is best experienced for oneself. But, I like to think of it as a cross between going to the gym, the club and church (All at the same time) … without any of the fear, judgement or guilt you may find in any of those places.
  • Have you been feeling lost in grief about climate change and the reality of our political landscape?
  • Does your body long to move ecstatically?
  • Does your heart linger too long in sadness about the prospects of the future?
  • Does your spirit long to soar with purpose?
  • Come join this uplifting, communal, exformation of stress and reclamation of body wisdom.

Join us March 7, 2020 morning at 9:30 to 11 am

(arrive up to 10 minutes early to get settled)

What is InterPlay?

  • “InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body.
  • InterPlay is easy, fun, and life changing. It is based in a series of incremental “forms” that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our communities.
  • InterPlay integrates body, mind, heart and spirit. Life has become so fragmented. InterPlay helps to pull everything back together so we get more of what we want.
  • InterPlay is devoted to fun. It teaches the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way. If you are convinced that seriousness is the path to inner wisdom, then you might want to look elsewhere. If you would like to become a “recovering serious person,” then Interplay might be for you.”

Beth Sarver

“I have taught InterPlay in a wide variety of different contexts; from parent-child playgroups to behavioral intervention, and stress management training for first responders. I feel called to create trauma informed resilience culture in our community; Healing Centered Engagements that foster individual voice and empowerment through embodied creative expression. What the body wants is movement, dance, stories, songs and stillness.”

Peace, Love and Light… Beth Sarver
