~ Cole Arthur Riley

Join Climate-Aware Therapist, Ashley Radtke and The Resilient Activist, Sami Aaron, for a heartfelt conversation followed by a reflective, nature-centered meditation as we come together as a caring community to share the emotional burden we are carrying.
Ashley will provide a supportive container to understand how our brains and bodies interpret the heaviness of complex grief and offer a path toward collective liberation that encourages more connection to self and others.
Sami will follow with a guided meditation to relieve tension, soften stress, and open to the calming effect of gentle breathwork.
Compost the pain of humanity, the earth, and our connection into shared liberation.
When the tragedies of this life pierce your heart like ice, let them be met by the warmth of compassion, the heat of love in motion.
