Guided Mindful Nature Visualizations: Meditations, Journaling, and Discussion
Through meditations, journaling, and discussion – featuring visualizations of natural surroundings – we will come together as an activist community. You won’t want to miss the experiences of floating meditation, walking meditation, forest bathing, and more.
From June 8 – 29, Shane Ledford will be teaching these principles through guided meditations, journaling, and lively discussions.
Every Wednesday from noon to 1:15 pm CT.

Participants are required to have completed The Resilient Activist’s Meditation and Mindfulness Course Waiver and Release of Liability Form within the previous 12 months before the start of this course.
Shane Ledford is a nature lover who has devoured countless books on mindfulness and attended mindfulness workshops with prominent teachers including Jack Kornfield, and a weeklong retreat with Jon Kabat-Zinn. As a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, Shane has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2014. In 2020 he received his 200-hour Mindfulness Teacher Training certification from the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness. He has received advanced training in Yin Yoga as well as walking meditation (“Kinhin”) and Forest Therapy (“Shinrin-Yoku”). Additional information is at this link.
