Part Two of a series of courses on meditation, this course will focus on tools to set your intention for activism as a nourishing and heartfelt practice.
Embodied Activism: Transforming Loving Awareness Into Wise Action
Participants will be guided in meditations designed to help us connect with and clarify our intentions for being agents of transformation toward a more just and flourishing world, understand our own habits and patterns in relation to the systems in which we operate, and identify opportunities and resource ourselves for wise action. Sessions will include the introduction of a key concept, a guided meditation, and mindful dialogue.
Throughout April, Tracy Ochester will be teaching these principles through guided meditation.
Every Monday from 7:00 to 8:15 pm CT.
