Heartland Nature Celebration

Visit The Resilient Activist’s Booth at the Heartland Nature Celebration!

Participants can come and go from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and explore the interactive environmental education booths led by HCA’s partners. These fun experiences will feature the expertise of U.S. Fish and Wildlife, MoHives KC, KC Water, and more.  Visitors will also be able to join one of the hikes, which will run every 30 minutes, and give you the opportunity to collect valuable, scientific data for the City Nature Challenge. New to iNaturalist? We’ll have someone on-site ready to help you out.

Dress for the weather and wear shoes you are comfortable hiking in. Everyone is welcome, including your fluffy friends, to come and enjoy a day in nature!
