Christ's Peace House of Prayer and on Zoom
Tracy Ochester

Thich Nhat Hanh said, “We are here to awaken from our illusion of separateness.”

Like the threads of a great tapestry, our lives are intricately interwoven.

Join Sami Aaron of The Resilient Activist and Tracy Ochester, PsyD of the Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness for a half-day retreat April 24th from 9 am – 1 pm reconnecting with the Earth, our heart’s highest intentions, and one another.

We will explore mindfulness as a fundamental skill for tapping into the deep well of healing that nature freely provides and resourcing ourselves for the transformative inner and outer work of environmental and social justice.

Meet with us on-site on the beautiful wooded property of Christ’s Peace House of Prayer in Easton, KS (this is a secular retreat unaffiliated with the venue) or online via Zoom.

When: Saturday 4/24/21 from 9 am – 1 pm Central Daylight Time

Where: 22131 Meagher Rd, Easton, KS 66020 (about 1 hour’s drive from Johnson County, KS)
