Nature Celebration at the Heartland Overlook Preserve

“Participants can come and go from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and explore the interactive environmental education booths led by Heartland Conservation Alliance’s partners.” The Resilient Activist will be one of the booths you will see there!

“We invite all visitors to join one of the guided hikes, which will run every 30 minutes, and give you the opportunity to collect the valuable, scientific data for the City Nature Challenge.
New to iNaturalist? We’ll have someone on site ready to help you out.
Dress for the weather and wear shoes you are comfortable hiking in. Everyone is welcome, including furry friends, to come and enjoy a day in nature!”
