Support The Resilient Activist while you benefit the planet.

The Resilient Activist has partnered with some amazing local folks to host drop-off sites for our recycling initiatives with TerraCycle.

Save up your natural care products and shaving products waste and watch for the dates to drop them off at these sites. The Resilient Activist will ship them to TerraCycle for recycling.

Compost Collective is generously offering two options, collecting until Dec 31, 2020:

  • If you’re a customer of Compost Collective, set out your used personal care + shaving products next to your compost bucket on collection days. (Please make sure all excess product is removed/cleaned).
  • Drop off our recycling at Compost Collective’s Bin Swap booth at Kansas City’s Brookside Farmers Market, 6321 Wornall Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 on Saturdays from 8 am – 1 pm.

Heartland Honey will collect your waste at the Overland Park Farmers’ Market from 7:30 – 1:00 on Wednesdays and Saturdays until the season ends. Be sure to check the location of the market as it changes due to COVID-19 requirements.

The Resilient Activist will receive a financial contribution from TerraCycle based on the weight of the materials we send to them.

Waste is recycled, reused, or upcycled into various products. TerraCycle will never landfill or incinerate your waste.

Contact Recycle@TheResilientAcitivst.org if you have questions and watch for public drop-off sites to be listed as they become available.
